🕒 Eligibility & Timeframe

  • You may request a return or exchange within 60 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • All tags, seals, and packaging must remain intact.

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance are not eligible for return, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

🔄 Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact us at contact@urban-Allure.shop with:

    • your order number

    • the item(s) you want to return/exchange

    • the reason for return/exchange

  2. We’ll respond within 24–48 hours with the next steps and a return label (if applicable).

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your exchange or refund promptly.

💳 Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • A small processing fee (around £5) may apply to cover handling and logistics, except when the return is due to our mistake.

👕 Exchanges

  • Exchanges are free of charge within the first 60 days (when available).

  • Email contact@urban-Allure.shop to start an exchange.

  • Once we receive the original item, we’ll ship your replacement as soon as possible.

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact contact@urban-Allure.shop within 7 days of delivery. Please include clear photos and a short explanation — we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

  • Products missing original packaging or tags

  • Items marked Final Sale / Clearance (unless defective)

🌍 International Returns

For customers outside the United Kingdom, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
